Hello everybody!
My PS2 is in service and i want to play DBZ BT3 on my PC but is flickering and moving slow.
What i need to do?
PC Spec:
2 gb RAM
ATI EaH TOP 3650.
Intel core 2 duo e4700.

I suppose you used your DVD. Dump an Iso from it and use Linuziso.
Use gsdx 0.1.5 to avoid flickering, or convert your Iso to pal.

yeah, it's the main problem when using gsdx0.1.5. Try converting your ISo to NTSC, then

For PCSX2 BT2 is better, it does not have that flickering and both games are near the same, just few combos changed, and in BT3 u have most of chars unlocked at start. IN 2 you have only a few of them and everything must be unlock by story

It was just a hint, i didnt say that he has to buy it. I heard only one specific version of BT3 works well with pCSX2 also
