In the 1.5 years since my last reply, I've changed my perspective on this.
After sifting through the compatibility list, I've realized this: We have about 2500 games that are classified as Playable. The problem I see with this is that it's difficult to differentiate (easily) what games have graphical issues and which ones don't. The introduction of a perfect rating will help us narrow down the remaining issues later in PCSX2's lifespan.
Off the top of my head, I have a few games that would already fall under the "Perfect" rating. That's just my two cents.
