Disgaea letters messing up?

Oh I remember messing with that... fun stuff happend.

Anyhow! Try disabling texture filtering. Will be blocky though.

Try enabling WildArms Offset hack from the HW Hacks.
CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 Quad Core @ 3.6GHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti

Well that's what you get when upscaling 2D games. It's not much of a bother IMO since at least the sprites are okay. You could just play it on your PS2 though.
