I know which is which after I thought about it. But the fact that I had to think and I'm technologically inclined does not bode well.

This was actually a proposal. So a two-liner: first line for noobs and second for those who think too complicated and therefore need facts.

This is the reason why we need revised requirements for 1.4.0.  If we don't people are going to continue to compare their hardware to the current requirements and have to be told that they're outdated.

I actually thought that at first but then I thought you were just explaining it.

As a proposal it works, I think assuming there is still some value of -2 +2 or % etc shown somewhere then it's fine.

If I look into the code I think it is highly questionable that we can ever put something like a percentage next to it. It really depends on the game and scene how much overclock it really does.

I think most users will be confused. They will think that 60 fps is smoother and faster than 40 fps.
