you can toggle frameskip (F4) key

Well F4 is enable/disable frame limit, not exactly frameskip(which is shift+F4 or something, Im not sure I never use it).

@OP, you can also set a custom framelimit for turbo mode(200% by default) and enable/disable it with tab.

Finally, I watch the Fmvs on Youtube... And play the game normally.
