Have you tried any methods to fix the problem?
I'm not sure if there's a compatibility issue making you use ZeroGS, but if not then try updating to the latest rev of the GSdx plugin, and if you don't have the latest beta of PCSX2, try that as well.
Also, do you have any speed hacks enabled?

I can confirm this bug, it happens very often. The only solution that I could find was to play and make a save state, then reload my save state and go in menu (pressing triangle) then I give it a try to the camara and repeat the method (make a save state, etc, etc). I finish the game at perfect speed Laugh

A little bit late, but I just beat it, and I found out that when the cave shakes (thereby causing the screen to shake) you can go into first person mode without crashing pcsx2.
