You should be using DX10 hardware mode of GSdx if you aren't already. Post the rest of your settings for more help

Well, currently i'm using GSdx with sse2 for gs plugin, i'm running in native mode and using d3d 10 hardware, the rest of the grafic settings are default.
For spu2 plugin i use spu2-x 1.4.0 plugin with everything default.
And i use gigaherz cdvd plugin.
On speedhack options i use max EE cyclerate and 2 on VU cycle stealing.
I haven't changed anything else.

You don't need to activate any speed hack if your CPU is indeed a core 2 duo clocked at 3,4 Ghz. Also use the SSE4 version of GSdx.
For an added speedup, make an image of your dvd disc with a software like imgburn and run it with the internal ISO reader.
