So around 3Ghz sounds fair then. My i7 is on 4,8 with closed water cooling system, a prebuilt one.
Much better than stock lol.

But i've never had any trouble with my i7 so i never look But it is around 45-50C when just doing minor stuff like Photoshop or having several programs running and 55-65 when playing games i think (Depending on what too though, higher if more demanding ofc). Right now when i have Chrome and other stuff open it sits at 38C
