That looks fine, can you show us your speedhacks settings? Also what do the ee and gs %'s say at the top of the screen when it's slow?

Dbz Budokai tenkaichi 3 EE: low 90s GS: low 40s-high 30s
Midnight club 3 dub remix EE: 97-100% GS: 18-24

speedhacks are set to deafult

No, just that your CPU might not be fast enough to handle this game. Try MTVU and EE cycle rate. VU cycle stealing might help, but it also might make the problem worse.

its helped a little its like 43-50 not in the 30s as much for dbz game
midnight club im not gunna touch
i did mtvu and ee rates i didnt do vu cycle stealing
vu stealing didnt help
