Hi i'm currently playing the sly cooper games, but when playing they get to slow, but the cutscenes work at normal speed. How can I fix this.

In my experience with an i5-650, disabling Hyper-threading in BIOS made a serious improvement with PCSX2. Something to consider, especially since it's completely safe to do.
Also, posting screen shots of your PCSX2 settings is usually pretty helpful. A picture is worth 1,000 words, which comes out to a lot of posts.
Do I post my Emulation Settings like EE/IOP, VUs ?

Also what do the EE/GS% numbers in the game window say when you get slowdowns?

Is there a specific reason you are using software mode in gsdx?
If there are no glitches in hardware mode it should prove to be much faster.
