Help with MGS3

I was playing MGS3 and I got in the cell part. The thing is that I saved and I exit the game and when I loaded the game, PCSX2 craches, but not only PCSX2, my whole PC craches and I have to restart it. I can't play MGS3 anymore without my PC crashing

This only happenned one time before in a cutscene and I could skip the crach but now I don't know what to do.

If your whole PC crashes you have a fault with the machine rather than the emulator. Can you do some temperature checks with a program like CoreTemp to make sure you aren't overheating?
