is it a specific stage? because your computer shouldn't be running that slow, I get over 100 fps in the levels on mine.

It occurs on any cutscene and on any stage, even though PCSX2 only takes about 13% of my CPU while playing. Does it have something to do with the ROM? (ROM's taken *snip - some warez site*)
