#1
since I'm a huge kingdom hearts fan i decided to play it over and downloaded pcsx2 version 1.0 and though the game runs I get constant frames of between 10 and 20 per second is there anyway I can increase this so I can play the game as fluid as possible.

I get similar speed and if your PC is similar to mine, better give up.
The only way is maybe to use a cheat that increase the speed but that can also give you negative effect on places that the game actually run faster and the voices will be out of sync

Sorry but your CPU is extremely weak, you will not be able to play games at acceptable speeds with PCSX2.

Should be decent for light games, although you didn't list your graphics card.
