Works fine here, if you're using save states try from the last memcard save instead, try making/remaking an ISO of the game, try different settings.
Start a new thread with as much info as possible (PC specs, pcsx2 settings, plugin settings) next time.

I can get Metal Gear Solid 3 running above 30 FPS, thankfully (I don't know how the PCSX2 team made it possible though)
