not really. It's pretty slow for pcsx2.

That processor isn't too bad. Speedhacks and MTVU may help with some games, but it will ultimately fall short on relatively demanding ones.
The GPU is the situation to consider. If your system RAM is a dual channel set, it would provide better memory bandwidth for the Intel HD 4000 than the GT 720M. That means the iGPU may very well pull off higher FPS than the dedicated GeForce unit, which would otherwise be more recommended. Just something to consider, but definitely keep the internal resolution low, or "Native", in either case.
