I'm such a newb....well all i kno about my computer is that its a presario c700 and I use windows vista (came with it)... is there a place I can go to to find it? and whats happening is that it starts working but then it says an error occured and It just closes. I tried burning the ISO to disk and the same thing happens. It doesn't even get to the opening of the game

Go to the start menu and type "dxdiag". The first 2 tabs will tell you what your CPU/ram/Video card/etc are.

Your graphics card is an integrated one and is really really slow. It is below our minimum requirements and it's possible PCSX2 won't work on it.
You never mentioned which PCSX2 version you are using or which plugins.
Also 'NOTHING WORKS' doesn't really describe your problem so we can't help this way.
