then imo it's a given you invest the effort and learn how to compile PCSX2

i dont know about speedups,but i was going to report a bug on the game "final fight streetwise" that used to have missing textures + strange lines all over the screen,and then today it was fixed in the last rev ,so compatibility is increasing greatly i think.i have to say it AWESOME !!!

Thank you for the new version, i've just installed it and i've set up the config, questions . . how come the movie clips from FFVII Dirge of Cerberus and FFX-2 freezes? And how do I use cheats on this version? I apologize if i've posted these questions in the wrong thread, if anyone could kindly point me to the right direction . . ?

Hey Everyone. I'm new to all of this. I have went around to almost every thread, and unless I'm just simply blind :/, I haven't found the solution to my problem. I currently have the Beta 0.9.7 that is currently out. I quickly figured out how to use and configure everything. I got many ISO's and checked your compatibility section to see which works. The one game I'm having difficulty with is Final Fantasy X. The one problem is that during the cut-scenes, there is a gray pixelated (spelling?) box that covers 3/4's of the entire screen and you can barely see anything. As well, I just fought Sinspawn Gui. The second form, with Seymour. After that little scene where Sin kills the guys in the beam tower, the screen goes white, and does not turn back to the game. So, if you can, help me out here, or point me in the right direction. lol Thank you

if im not mistaken there was a fix for that game under the gamefix section in pcsx2,next time check other final fantasy threads please ,i think they are plenty of them

Yeah, sorry i found some fixes. Going to try them with and without codes to determine what the game or console can handle and just how much Thank you

i can't start PCSX2 0.9.7 beta

when i click on PCSX2 0.9.7 (r3113) icon in desktop appear message (This is a beta build of pc.......)

and click OK but nothing happens .

in task manager exist pcsx2-r3113.exe

and why r3113 instead of r3119?

my pc is updated.
