So it worked running as administrator then it didn't? Could you specify what your problem is?
Also please don't bump your threads like that, especially when it hasn't been that long.

Nevermind about that, PCSX2 is running really slow.
My specs:
500GBHDD
3GBRAM
AMD AthlonII X2 240 Processor 2.8GHZ
Windows 7 x64

GeForce 6150SE nForce 430; Default settings; Naruto Ultimate Ninja 5
The game works perfectly during the intro, but when the game starts it drops down to like 20fps, then fluctuates during the cut scenes and back to 20fps during gameplay.

You a have a very very slow graphics card. Try ticking "native" in GSdx graphic plugin settings, try the (software) renderer too which may be faster with that card.

The recommended is at least a nvidia geforce 8600gt, but better get a 9600gt or it's ATI similar in performance.

I just read that the Geforce 9600gt overheats and runs the fan to the extreme.
