But when you install, you can uncheck everything except c++ development tools (don't install the db, webdev, etc). But even like that it's still a massive install...

I've downloaded PCSX2 1.3.0 (3, May, 2014) and after open pcsx2.exe , I got this problem "the application was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b"
Earlier in pcsx2 svn build 1.3.0.5927 23 march 2014 run well. I have installed Visual C + + 2013 Redist in the first post, and still error,... Plizz help me

^ Yeah this is most likely the issue.
