Since we are going to use hamachi, wireless connection trick won't be required.

Also installing/reinstalling winpcap should fix your registry error message.

Hamachi is installed now, but I don't have it in the dev9 panel:

That's a known issue, you need to reinstall winpcap after installing hamachi and then it will show in pcsx2.
