Those are V1+ encrypted codes but you used V7 Common as input and that's why they didn't work.

In Omniconverter use for input Codebreaker=>Version 1+ and for output Unencrypted=>Standard or CodeBreaker

BTW you are modifying 2 bytes code,not 4...change word to short or extended.
You are setting 0 to 104906B2 and 104906B3 that way

Hello,everybody ,i need a bit help..the fixed stage background patch for tekken 5 works only on NTSC ver of the game..I want the same patch for pal ver of the game..can somebody provide me the patch or tell me how to make my own for keeping the background permanent in tekken 5 pal.

Finding such code is really easy when you know the stages digits.
This is for the PAL version
patch=1,EE,003BC9C4,byte,0000000?

Replace ? with the stage you want
