I found these codes on Code Master Project- Wild Arms 5. I have tried to make my own codes a few times with OmniConvert and PCSX2CE and have been 50/50 with it. The site does not say what kind of codes these are and I can not tell by comparing them with other codes. Would someone be able to either make the patch codes for me or tell me what kind they are?

PCSX2CE probably considers it a comment line due to the code starting with "F". It doesn't happen very often (Unless it's a master/enable code, which aren't required for PCSX2, or when it's used in combination with the 4-type codes.) So yeah, when that happens just fix it manually yourself to match the rest of the codes.
I wrote a patch for Persona 3 FES (NTSC) that makes turn speed dependent on how far you've pushed the analog stick. Normally the game only lets you turn once the stick passes a certain threshold at a fixed speed, I have no idea how anyone thought that was okay.
