SSE4.X OR AVX?
Which is best i should use on PCSX2,

I'm currently using SSE4,

OLD MOBO: ASUS MAXIMUS IV EXTREME-Z Z68
OLD GPU: DUAL NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 570's In SLI.
OLD CPU: i7 2600k @ 4.80GHz

you can use neither the two.
AVX is a SW mode exclusive.
My PC for PCSX2:
a Desktop:i5-2500(3.3Ghz~3.48Ghz),8GBram,HD5750,MSI-H67,Win7(ULT/x64),Win's Exper. Index-->CPU:7.5,GPU:7.3
a Laptop:i7-720QM(1.6Ghz~2.11Ghz),4GBram,HD5650,Win7(Pro/x64)
a Netbook:N2600(1.6Ghz/4),1GBram,Win7/STR
