A bit of overclocking will not cut it.
Your settings are already too extreme. Cut back the VU and EE speedhack sliders by one and then
run the game and decide if it's playable or not. Also increase the latency in SPU2-X to about 100ms
and re-enable effects processing. (It doesn't really help with speed anyway.)
If you cannot live with the speed, you will have to get a faster machine.
Intel processor with 2 or more cores, running at > 3.2Ghz will be required.
