When you run around the level, the background displays patches of different textures that shouldn't be there. This happens in both software and hardware mode. I don't remember seeing this issue on an earlier version I tried.

This was a glitch i was having as well, easy fix though, switch uv1 to superUV and have texture filtering fully checked. Also each time you die there will be a black area around you, to fix, each time it happens turn Shade Boost on, then when it happens agin because you died turn off Shade Boost, so on and so forth.
