well, apparently, that no-interlace patch won't help this
maybe fiddling with skipdraw could help, but it'll problably remove other things
Not much you can do as it was probably intended this way on real hardware (can't test since i don't own this game)
if you get the same problem in software mode, i think nothing can be done

maybe. you can't really improve an emulated game without heavily hacking it.
hacking means crashing most of the time in ps2 world

I found the solution:
In the "No Interlacing"-Patch you have to remove the line "In mode 1 (Progressive), switch to PAL double strike instead of SDTV 480p". Now its not blurry any more
