If you own some low demanding games, they will run @ playable speeds.
Anything else won't be playable

How well would this build run?

The main games I want to play and record for a let's play is Dragon Quest VIII, Digital Devil Saga 1 & 2, SMT: Nocturne and Final Fantasy XII.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked
RAM: Team Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Remember that I'll be recording as well for a walkthrough. And I know this is my first post, but I want to know how well it can play.

Should do fine, as long as you use a GPU based recording solution(like Bandicam for instance). Any CPU recorder like FRAPS will kill demanding games in PCSX2.

Other than that, you should run just about anything just fine.
