Will I be able to play anything with a i5 6600 and GTX 1070 with 16GB RAM?

Anything very demanding I will struggle with?

How will it run on my desktop and laptop? I wish to know the general performance, will it be able to run at 100% speed at most demanding games (I would give examples but I do not know what are the most demanding games for the PS2 Sad)
Laptop:
AMD Radeon R5 M330
Intel Core i5-6200U 2.3GHz
8GB RAM
Desktop:
AMD Radeon R9 390 MSI edition: 8GB
Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz
8GB RAM

will be ok on your desktop for the games you listed.
your laptop will be a bit weak, though

your desktop will be ok for the ones you actually own.
