Koji, there was no plugin... trust me... But I'll check the configuration guide so i'll check...

If you installed the one jesalvein pointed you then yes it does come with a plugin and you need to update your DirectX.

please trust me! there was no plugin, but i got it taken care of, also i updated DirectX but that wasn't the problem, I still can't play mah games... Anyone wanna send me a working copy?

I've been looking around but i can't find any working copies...
another side note...
Yes i configured it right
the emu found the plugins, just not the graphic plugin.

The isoReadblock increase thing is usually when you're trying to read the .img file inside the Disc's content, this is the wrong way to load the game. If you're reading an ISO file you need to make sure it's not mounted in any other program then point pcsx2 to the big Image file, if you're trying to run the game from the disc you need to use a cdvd plugin like Gigaherz's cdvd plugin and configure it pointing to the right drive.
