Looks strange yeah, did it seem slower or faster tho?

you have to wait a little when starting a game so pcsx2 can detect if it is Pal or NTSC to make the limit 50 or 60fps, after that happens load the save state.

it worked at 120% speed just showed 100%

did you set your own number on the limit box instead of the default 0? (when 0 pcsx2 tests if it is pal or ntsc to make the limit 50 or 60fps)

it was still on 60fps limit from playing final fantasy X before
like i said usually it shows 50fps 100% then when it goes 60fps it shows 120%
it seems to have been a 1time bug and shows normal again

Yeah I had this bug when I played last time. Sometimes the limit was set to 60 although Iwas playing the PAL version. I had the limit set manually to 50 so all of a sudden the game ran at 80% thinking it was an NTSC version. Saving the game at a sphere and reloading worked for me.
