As I said Snake Eater and Subsistence are not reported to have blue lines. They can have other glitches but such blue lines really disturb.
Since General Plot is one of the most experienced testers I would not guess that he misses those blue lines.
That's why there are two possibilities:
1. There is a bug in the current stable version. In v1.1 it was working properly. In v1.2 and v1.0 it is not working for you. That would be a strange coincidence. Especially since you are to my knowledge the first user who encounters this problem.
2. There is something wrong with your system: Either pcsx2-related, software on your pc or hardware.
Since you freshly installed pcsx2 v1.0 it shouldn't be a settings problem. So maybe it is a problem with your gpu.
What still can be done:
- Check settings again: put emulation settings to default (Preset=1 safe).
- Set gsdx-settings to default: set it to native, disable hw-hacks, texture filtering filled (not ticked), allow-8-bit-textures unticked, disable HW hacks, use DX10/11(hardware) as renderer.
- Update directX, check gpu drivers how outdated they are. (new drivers are not always the best)

Yes, im using current stable NVidia drivers, never trying update to the beta drivers.
Maybe i should try it on pcsx2 v0.9.8, because wiki says its works on.

considering you meant "never" instead of "newer", can you please give the beta drivers a try ?
Oh, and try skipdraw = 1, too.

I can't believe no one asked about the CRC of the game? GSdx detects the CRC and applies the fix for the garbage, so apparently in this case the CRC doesn't match what we have in the code.
nikivarvar post the emulog.txt file inside the logs folder of PCSX2 after you run the game

Use System->Boot CDVD->Fast instead of Full. That might be your problem, so check if you get the lines with it. If you do, repost the new emulog after booting it like that.
