Well the Hardware is not the best thing around but it handle almost everything i got from my old ps2 games and news ones i bought recently even though the lack on graphics part.
CPU: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5700 3,00GHz/3,00GHz
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 210
Memory: 3,00GB RAM
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
The game is Wild Arms 3 ISO (dumped using Ultra ISO if need the info) and the pcsx2 version as said in first post is 1.2.1 installer r5873
Settings are:
GSDX ssse3 r5875: direct3D10Hardware/texture filter half select/8-bit textures/HW hacks for skipdraw 3 and Wild Arms Offset
SPU2-X: nearest interpolation/async mix
Emulation Config: in the speedhacks EE is at default 1 and VU cycle rate is at 0. In Other hacks all select except CDVD and in micro VU MTVU is unchecked.
Well except by the SPU2-X i tried everything in the Default. There's a chance the sound plugin config is the cause?

Please post the full emulog after you observed the problem.
SPU2-X seems to be quite stable. Almost nobody observes errors related to SPU2-X except for crackling/no sound. (the async mix setting might break some games...)

Try remaking your ISO with Imgburn instead of UltraISO. You can find how in the blue colored link in my sig in the Disc Issues section.

You can restore the log level to default. if you put it to verbose there is too much unnecessary information that can hide real problems.
Unfortunately (maybe due to verbose level) you don't show the full emulog. Please attach the full one after you observed the problem.
Please also don't use savestates until the problem is resolved. Savestates copy the whole used memory including all bugs produced during the session. If you reload a buggy savestate no setting combo will resolve the problem.

I had the exact same problem in Mimir's Well. But then I found the solution: turn everything in the sound plugin off.
Interpolation-0, Module-0, Synchronizing Mode-None, and uncheck all the other options. Load the game from memory card, go to Mimir's Well, and wait for the part where they go through the door. Then, after the loading is finished, put everything in the sound plugin as it was before.
It may sound stupid, but it worked for me, so I hope it works for anyone with this problem.
