Intel Q9300
4GB RAM
Windows Vista sp1
Ati Radeon x1300 256mt
Any chance of doing it?

No, Vista is perfect for Pcsx2 (dx10 the best). Kaspersky or any other antivirus sometimes will warn you about a Virus, but there's no virus at all. You need to download the Emu from the PCSX2 website

BTW, why do you try to load bios? You should use File->Run CD/DVD option, and if bios is loading, than you use wrong CDVD plugin.

The Games runs Perfect (FFX,FFX-2)
the only bug i have is in FF-X2 the Start video has some problems
