Disc swapping won't work for the majority of games. Sorry buddy.

I've been trying to find a way to fully unlock the monster book through cheats but no luck so far..

Disc swappiing only works with PS1 games

You can use my cheats to fully unlock PS2 MR games books.

OMG you had that and i didn't even know! WHEN is someone gonna update the ledger in the first post with all the new cheats? This is madness!

The index is up to 100 post and the pnach thread has like 2060 posts now, with the number only rising I doubt anyone ever get's it done.;o Searching it using forum feature or externally with google does the job.
Edit: updated my signature to include the link for them;p, since many people still doesn't know "it's possible" and I made those cheats quite long time ago in terms of pnach thread filling.
