I had been playing final fantasy 10 fine (only game i've tried). I stopped playing for a week and i want to play now that i'm at home not at university. So i just booted it up thinking it would work fine but when i click file > run cd/dvd it just goes 'not responding' and therefore crashes Wacko

I've tried not using ff10 and a different bios but it still doesn't work WackoWacko

Atm im trying the daemon tools method but i swear when i used to do it and hit cofigure, it actually said final fantasy x next to the drive letter, but if it doesn't then it still doesn't work. It has worked fine using daemon tools and the Linuziso one

EDIT ** I actually just clicked test on linuz and it said it might not be working correctly Wacko

you should just run the iso with Linuz Iso without having the iso mounted (they don't work together), also use the SSSE3 version of gsdx (since your cpu supports it). Smile

okay i'll give that a whirl

what does SSS3 version mean exactly in terms of performance etc?

Are there any other settings i should make sure i'm using to get the best fps i can get etc? I'm only playing FF10 on it.
it just might have some code improved for SSSE3 Smile
