game is patched because pcsx2 lacks VIF FIFO code
Bugs:
random graphics errors occur.
in the hardware renderer a horizontal line goes across the middle of the track
on both software render and hardware renderer there's some garbage after finishing a race.
the console spams "Warning! VIF1 starting a Normal transfer with vif offset set (Possible force stop?)" probably because patch to skip the vif fifo code
