following Batman trend i was working in Batman Begins for video double speed correction for code available, QoL and more for PAL - USA versions enjoy:
### Batman Begins (USA) SLUS_211.98;1) Game CRC = 0x57EB973A - +Autoboot - Enable Progressive Scan video mode - +Unlock framerate 60fps (performance hit) and fix video double-speed problem - +Image display correction and enable sharper image (less blurry image) - +Autoenable widescreen - subtitles options - skip video with start buttons (even logo intros) by default - +Combo button R3=30fps - L3=60fps in gameplay (not use in videos)

Cleaned codes, fixes and reemplace video files for pal version and turn on a autopatch check "PS2 Improvements code, patch list" signature for newest codes, leave codes here as legacy

Hey guys! I would like to kindly submit a request for a 60fps patch / fix for a game "Shinobido: Way of the Ninja". I'm already aware that the fix exists for this game's EU (PAL) version and it works at 50 fps (https://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-No-inter...#pid619111). I have also played this game in NTSC Korean version on my old PS2 console. Wondering if it will be possible to do this. Would love to have it at 60 as this is one of my childhood's favorites. i dont have korean version for port it, try japanese codes sometimes works with multiregion titles.

Finally completed this series codes fixing the cutscene doble speed and calling progresive scan mode (instead only hack common function), PAL version have progressive mode too but still speed up (by 5fps in theory), so i leave withow codes if some find addreses for correct speed 3d engine, a bonus from PAL runs in 50fps helps ps2 EE(CPU) because 60fps hit hard "ps2" emulated cpu so framerate will drop down in heavy, enemy crowded levels, still i include personal profiles for PCSX2-QT runs fine on my setup.
A lot of the earlier codes in this thread (like most of the ones linked in the OP) are in this format, can someone explain how I can convert them to being pnach-ready?
I see that K.F had made a converter tool for this years back, but the download link is dead. Does anyone happen to still have it and mind re-uploading?

I'd like to please submit a request for Seek and Destroy NTSC (SLUS-20606). I tried to figure it out myself but wasn't able to, any help would be extremely appreciated!
