Ported from the NTSC-U version.
Hey bro, thanks for adding codes but some are already hacked a posted, Scarface PAL was hacked by me a few page before was posted, yes I know that is so many page to check Lol but maybe you have to avoid waste time on those already hacked, I think that GTA games that you posted was hacked too
Note: a few things like river still double speed but is not a problem to gameplay, I was testing just a little bit, please you do a full test and let me know
Thank you Gabo, your effort is greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work!

You are absolutely right, I usually search the games on the search bar to check if the codes have already been ported/found, but I must have forgotten to do that with Scarface. As for the GTA games I only found that someone ported/found the codes to the GTA trilogy (3, VC and SA), but looks like the Stories games were not done yet (Edit: They were done). Thanks for letting me know.
I'd like to take this opportunity to ask about the addresses, like Scarface for example, you code's address started with 0, but the one I found started with 2, and the rest of the address was identical, they both seem to do the exact same, so what does the 0/2 change or mean?

Well, 2, 1, 0 means 4 bytes, 2 bytes and 1 bytes, when you using a single code I think Nevermind but when you using conditional addresses with D or E at the beginning , it's using to telling where this addresses will be automatic modified, example Scarface with other conditional line before fps address with 2, 1 or 0 basically you telling to will automatic change 4 bytes (xxxxxxxx) , 2 bytes (0000xxxx) or 1 bytes (000000xx) just the last 2 values will be modified

But just like the NTSC-U code this breaks the game in the cutscenes, as FMVs are also accelerated and Overclocking makes it even worse, crashing the game during the videos every time. If someone could find some codes to prevent videos from breaking the patch would be perfect.
