Note: finally my first native fps, with this big update now Syphon Filter PAL have 3 patches, my older 50fps forced, 50fps native and 60fps native through HDTV 720p Mode, this game like others hang at FMVs videos in this mode so I made  a couple of conditional addresses that automatic return to PAL when a FMVs is played so you don't have to worry for hang, please enjoy testing. Native fps, YES BABY lol
