Maybe you do have some hidden extension, anyway try this:

  dedc3b71.pnach (Size: 1,03 KB / Downloads: 802)
and reboot your game after putting it into "cheats" folder(s). Should show 22 cheats loaded instead of the error.

Edit: NVM, saw your edit with "it works" after posting that^.

Thanks, what program did you use to adjust or convert the codes I posted originally?

Omniconvert(set input as format of the codes you have in it's exact version and raw/unencrypted as output)

PCSX2CE(paste raw codes from above and convert, it can save pnach if you know the game crc and keeps all comments)
