OK, I find the reason, cycle rate only be lower than 1.5x , if 2x or 3x the game will hang

OK, you either post here or in the svn. And no, just post here for questions like that.

And I use have Fatal Frame NTSC, so you're most likely doing something wrong since it works perfectly here

OK, let's lay down a few rules for the svn usage, shall we?

1) do NOT make requests on the svn. It will be fixed when it is fixed
2) do NOT try a game with hacks on and then post and complain it doesn't work
3) do NOT post useless stuff there

I test it for a while, now it is almost perfect, except some small graphic issue.

Hmm.. Using Native d3d internal resolution didn't fixed the dots on ghosts for me.
