Beta r1888 doesn't start

When I try to start the pcsx2 beta after installation a message appears directly and says something like "This application could not have been started because it's configuration is not correct. Install it again." (translation from german)

I uninstalled it and installed it again but nothing changed.
What can I do?

Which Windows are you using?

Windows XP

The normal version 0.9.6 runs fine
