Black Screen and Crash

Hi, I'm having a problem with an Iso that I burned from a DVD.  After a cutscene, the PCSX2 gets a black screen, without any sound. Actually, he crashes and I can't even close it pressing ''ESC'', then I need to close it by the Task Manager. The same problem happens if I try to play this game downloaded from the internet. I tryed to press F9, change the bios, change the direct X, reinstall the program, but it doesn't work. I don't know what to do anymore. If someone could help me, I appreciate.

PCSX2 version: 1.5.0

PC Config:
GTX 750 TI
I5- 4400
Windows 10 pro 64 bits
8 GB RAM
HD 1 TB.
