as last resort, try using super vu recompiler and set clamping mode to extra + preserve sign and enable automatic gamefixes.

still didn't help
i read somewhere that this has to do with logarithm z but i can't disable it anyway so

Try playing the game in DX9 hw/sw mode and check again.

screenshots look the same in both 11 and 9

I'm absolutely out of ideas, report this bug in the gsdx thread, this bug should not be reported in the bug reporting forums.

try gsdx default settings. or the fba thingy in the dx9 settings. i'm not sure tho. it definetely looks like a transparency issue.

Racer_S's gsdx hack crashes this game
i guarantee this is a transparency issue tried default settings too and the fba option
still same problem

My nephew has that game but he is asleep right now. I will check it tomorrow. In the mean time I will suggest you to try zerogs plugin and report if the issue still persists?

zerogs cuts the bottom of the screen
and still has the graphical glitch
