[Bug Report] Street Fighter Ex 3

A Few Bugs I'd Like to report about this game
1. Missing Geometry e.g clothes on characters and background geometry
2. Missing Physics in characters clothes instead of being free to move they're to going to one direction.
3. Constant Flickering unless you press esc and go to run and press execute at certain points in the game.
Hope this helps with further development in the emulator.

This is true even on PS2 Guess the game is as lame as it is OK, that was offtopic, I`ve seen it too, it`s missing. Can`t post screens since I erased the game

Also, doesn't really seem to be an emulator bug at this point.... flickering is most likely gsdx...
