Also, to properly decrypt the codes, you set the input with the correct encryption and set the output to RAW (Unecrypted -> Standard). So, in your case it was Codebreaker encryption, you must set the input to one of the codebreaker encryptions.

i tried both codebreaker inputs and one of them did kind of work i think
i managed to get in the game but none of the cheats are working
normally i would just get an error so im making progress

Like I said before, You can't just use the cheats if it doesn't match with your version of the game (JP codes on US game and vice-versa or original ver. codes on revised version of the game and in reverse, for example).

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):
