Cheats not working on Resident Evil: Outbreak File 2

I have been trying to get cheats working in outbreak recently but i have been having tons of issues
i have followed all of the tutorials i can find and have done just about everything i could possibly think of
2 days of doing this over and over and i finally just gave up and now im asking for help here

attached below is a screenshot of the error im now getting when starting the game with cheats and the pnach file i have in its current state
if the solution was obvious im sorry im new to this

US version of the game if that helps

Your codes are still encrypted and PCSX2 doesn't support any kind of those. You must decrypt your codes first with omniconvert.
Also, your PNACH states that it was the codes for the Japanese version, which maybe won't work with your version of the game.

just FTR : why are you using such an old pcsx2 version ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

unfortunately nothing you suggested worked for me
i have omniconvert and i decrypted the codes as well as used the japanese version of the game but nothing changed

same error and everything

Can you post your converted PNACH here to see if you're actually decrypted the codes correctly?
Or the one that you posted here is the attempt to decrypting the codes?

And please put the source where you got the codes as well.

tried it on both versions of the game i have
as for the codes i found them on some Code Breaker ISO file i found on some website
i just started looking for codes around on the internet really and unsurprisingly google failed me

or im just decrypting them wrong which is completely possible

Please put the original encrypted codes here.
And I mean, the original, not the wrongly decrypted like the one you're posted here.

Also, to properly decrypt the codes, you set the input with the correct encryption and set the output to RAW (Unecrypted -> Standard). So, in your case it was Codebreaker encryption, you must set the input to one of the codebreaker encryptions.
