of course not.
when you bind your keys, you do it so that it fits you.
Since it's heavily user dependant, there are no "best settings"

You simply start binding various keyboard keys to a PS2 control in Lilypad. You can also export the bindings and import them as well. It's really easy to do. The only real difficulty is making a layout that's best suited for your own personal preferences in the various games that you wish to play.
PC Specs:
PC: HP Omen 15 dc-0051nr laptop
CPU: Intel i7-8750H (2.2 GHz up to 4.1 GHz)
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 Notebook (6 GB)
OS: Windows 10 Pro (64 bit)/Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit)
Storage: 256 SSD PCi NV M.2+1 TB HDD

Keep in mind analog dependent games do not play well with keyboard. If you need fine control over the analog sticks no keyboard map will give you the same level of control.
