Custom soundtrack? Possible?

Can someone tell me if it's possible to add music to our PCSX2 games. I would really love to customize the in-game experience by adding a few soundtracks.

Just let me know if such a thing is possible or not. If so, please instruct me on how to do it please.

It depends on the game and how the game is reading the files...and what format they are(if there is a tool that can convert to that format.
The easiest one is with adx files(but not in adx archive...it's easy with archive too but it's easier when the songs are separate files in the disk)

I changed few tracks on Tales of the Abyss and Mana Khemia and Ar Tonelico 1
