Is it possible to run DQ8 with a Q6600 (no OC) and a GTX 460 SE at about x2 or x3 resolution, with the MTVU hack?
Or will I need to OC the CPU still? I have generic ram so I don't know how well it will OC. For the GTX 460 SE though, I think it might be easier to OC if I have to.

I dont have the CPU yet. It's on the way.
That's why I'm asking.

Ah yeah. I was hoping MTVU would make use of the 3rd/4th cores which would help though. Would it?
If not, I would have to look into OCing but that means I'll need new ram.

50% of the game will run below full speed, the other half will be fast enough.
You'll need roughly 3Ghz to make that 20/80 and 3.5Ghz for 5/95.

At about 3ghz will it be significantly slower in the 20/80 part? Like 30fps? Or 45-50 ish?
Also this is with the MTVU right?
